Terms and Conditions – Stubbs Copse Woodyard

Thank you for choosing Stubbs Copse Woodyard. By purchasing from us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Delivery:

Stubbs Copse will make every reasonable effort to make sure that the fencing products are delivered to your designated delivery address within the specified timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Stubbs Copse’ control. (e.g., weather conditions, logistical challenges, etc.)

Stubbs Copse will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by you or any third party resulting from delayed delivery unless caused by Stubbs Copse’ negligence.

Products and Services
We supply firewood, fencing, compost, and related products, and operate a green waste recycling centre on site. All goods are subject to availability and may vary slightly from descriptions or images. Measurements may be the metric equivalent.

Natural Materials
Please remember wood is a natural product and is therefore subject to changes such as warping, twisting, discolouring, shrinking, or splitting, especially in severe climate conditions. These are natural occurrences and are NOT covered by any guarantee. This is nature at work and should not be considered a fault.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before or on delivery/collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are not accepted on perishable or loose bulk goods (e.g. compost, mulch, firewood) once delivered. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Green Waste Recycling Centre
All visitors to our green waste recycling facility must follow site safety signage and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse access for any failure to comply with site rules.

Liability
Stubbs Copse Woodyard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
