Fencing Returns & Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure all fencing products leave us in good condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any damaged items, shortages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly. If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 30 days in its original, unused and resalable condition, including all original packaging where applicable. Once the returned item has been inspected, we will offer either a refund or a credit note.
Any items requiring collection for return will be subject to a collection charge, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed faulty product. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any items that are damaged, used, altered or otherwise deemed unsuitable for resale. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Made-to-order or non-stock items are non-returnable

Please note: Timber is a natural material and may be subject to variations in colour, grain, knots, warping, twisting, splitting, shrinkage or expansion as it acclimatises to its environment. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and do not affect the structural integrity of the product.
